metal : use shared buffers between CPU and GPU (#1696)

* Use MTLDevice.newBufferWithBytesNoCopy to share buffers between CPU and GPU

* Page-align buffers used by Metal

* Remove trailing whitespace

* Only import unistd.h for Metal builds

* metal : remove unnecessary copies
