vhost-user: fix watcher need be removed when vhost-user hotplug 

"nc" is freed after hotplug vhost-user, but the watcher is not removed.
The QEMU crash when the watcher access the "nc" when socket disconnects.

    Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
