Merge remote-tracking branch 'spice/spice.v63' into staging

* spice/spice.v63:
  spice: fix initialization order
  pflib: unused, remove it.
  spice: switch to pixman
  qxl: call dpy_gfx_resize when entering vga mode
  qxl: fix cursor reset
  hw/qxl: qxl_send_events: nop if stopped
  hw/qxl: guest bug on primary create with stride %4 != 0
