target/mips: Add emulation of some common nanoMIPS 32-bit instructions

Add emulation of SIGRIE, SYSCALL, BREAK, SDBBP, ADDIU, ADDIUPC,
ADDIUGP.W, LWGP, SWGP, ORI, XORI, ANDI, and other instructions.
