John Snow b031e9a5a6 iotests: limit line length to 79 chars 
79 is the PEP8 recommendation. This recommendation works well for
reading patch diffs in TUI email clients.

John Snow 576dc22be1 iotests: add pylintrc file 
This allows others to get repeatable results with pylint. If you run
`pylint iotests.py`, you should see a 100% pass.
