Soren Brinkmann	84aee0deae	hw/loader: Support ramdisk with u-boot header ... Introduce 'load_ramdisk()' which can load "normal" ramdisks and ramdisks with a u-boot header. To enable this and leverage synergies 'load_uimage()' is refactored to accomodate this additional use case. Paolo Bonzini	0d09e41a51	hw: move headers to include/ ... Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
