Paolo Bonzini 3ca8ce720f target/i386: use DMA-enabled multiboot ROM for new-enough QEMU machine types 
As long as fw_cfg supports DMA, the new ROM can be used also on older
machine types because it has the same size as the existing one.

Laszlo Ersek a88b362c6f refer to FWCfgState explicitly 
Currently some places use pointer-to-void even though they mean
pointer-to-FWCfgState. Clean them up.

Paolo Bonzini 47b43a1f41 hw: move private headers to hw/ subdirectories. 
Many headers are used only in a single directory.  These can be
kept in hw/.
