Gerd Hoffmann	542e0c557b	audio: add deprecated_register_soundhw ... Add helper function for -soundhw deprecation. It can replace the simple init functions which just call {isa,pci}_create_simple() with a hardcoded type. It also prints a deprecation message. Markus Armbruster	58ea30f514	Clean up header guards that don't match their file name ... Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard collisions less likely. Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones. Eduardo Habkost	8a824e4d74	audio: Rename hw/audio/audio.h to hw/audio/soundhw.h ... All the functions in hw/audio/audio.h are called "soundhw_*()" and live in hw/audio/audiohw.c. Rename the header file for consistency.
