Including it in device models is unclean, including it without a
reason adds insult to injury.

Add "fw_name" to DeviceInfo to use in device path building. In
contrast to "name" "fw_name" should refer to functionality device
provides instead of particular device model like "name" does.

When available, we'd like to be able to access the DeviceState
when registering a savevm. For buses with a get_dev_path()
function, this will allow us to create more unique savevm
id strings.

Problem: x86 systems could not survive a few system_resets.
Clear most of IDE state when reset. Implement the missing reset handlers.
