Ilya Leoshkevich e7f8a3aae2 tests/tcg/s390x: Test SIGILL and SIGSEGV handling
Verify that s390x-specific uc_mcontext.psw.addr is reported correctly
and that signal handling interacts properly with debugging.

Alex Bennée eba61056e4 tests/tcg: generalise the disabling of the signals test
It turns out you push down in one place and failures pop-up elsewhere.
Especially on CI. Disable for now for all targets.

Alex Bennée f101c9fe29 tests/tcg: skip the signals test for hppa/s390x for now
There are fixes currently in flight but as this is getting in the way
of a green CI we might as well skip for now. For reference the fix
series are:

  linux-user: Move signal trampolines to new page
  20210616011209.1446045-1-richard.henderson@linaro.org

and

  linux-user: Load a vdso for x86_64 and hppa

David Hildenbrand d944293d9a tests/tcg/s390x: Fix EXRL tests
The current EXRL tests crash on real machines: we must not use r0 as a base
register for trt/trtr, otherwise the content gets ignored. Also, we must
not use r0 for exrl, otherwise it gets ignored.

Let's use the "a" constraint so we get a general purpose register != r0.
For op2, we can simply specify a memory operand directly via "Q" (Memory
reference without index register and with short displacement).

David Hildenbrand 5d69cbdfdd tests/tcg: target/s390x: Test MVC
Let's add a test that especially verifies that no data will be touched
in case we cross page boundaries and one page access triggers a fault.

Before the fault-safe handling fixes, the test failes with:
      TEST    mvc on s390x
    data modified during a fault
    make[2]: *** [../Makefile.target:116: run-mvc] Error 1

Paolo Bonzini 2038f8c877 tests/tcg: move configuration to a sub-shell script
Avoid the repeated inclusions of config-target.mak, which have
risks of namespace pollution, and instead build minimal configuration
files in a configuration script. The same configuration files can
also be included in Makefile and Makefile.qemu

[AJB 10/09/19]
In the original PR this had inadvertently enabled tests
for ppc64abi32. However as the rest of the multiarch tests work rather
than disabling the otherwise correctly functioning build I've just
skipped the failing linux-test test. For some reason I can't debug it
with TCG so I'm leaving that to the PPC maintainers to look at.

Pavel Zbitskiy 3cea09271b target/s390x: fix PACK reading 1 byte less and writing 1 byte more
PACK fails on the test from the Principles of Operation: F1F2F3F4
becomes 0000234C instead of 0001234C due to an off-by-one error.
Furthermore, it overwrites one extra byte to the left of F1.

If len_dest is 0, then we only want to flip the 1st byte and never loop
over the rest. Therefore, the loop condition should be > and not >=.

If len_src is 1, then we should flip the 1st byte and pack the 2nd.
Since len_src is already decremented before the loop, the first
condition should be >=, and not >.

Likewise for len_src == 2 and the second condition.

Pavel Zbitskiy 478d360cd9 target/s390x: fix IPM polluting irrelevant bits
Suppose psw.mask=0x0000000080000000, cc=2, r1=0 and we do "ipm 1".
This command must touch only bits 32-39, so the expected output
is r1=0x20000000. However, currently qemu yields r1=0x20008000,
because irrelevant parts of PSW leak into r1 during program mask
transfer.

Pavel Zbitskiy dc95b31dac target/s390x: fix CSST decoding and runtime alignment check
CSST is defined as:

    C(0xc802, CSST,    SSF,   CASS, la1, a2, 0, 0, csst, 0)

It means that the first parameter is handled by in1_la1().
in1_la1() fills addr1 field, and not in1.

Furthermore, when extract32() is used for the alignment check, the
third parameter should specify the number of trailing bits that must
be 0. For FC these numbers are:

    FC=0 (word, 4 bytes):        2
    FC=1 (double word, 8 bytes): 3
    FC=2 (quad word, 16 bytes):  4

For SC these numbers correspond to the size:

    SC=0: 0
    SC=1: 1
    SC=2: 2
    SC=3: 3
    SC=4: 4
