Marc-André Lureau d2f25776ca docs: move D-Bus VMState documentation to source XML 
Use the source XML document as single reference, importing its
documentation via the dbus-doc directive.

Marc-André Lureau 5010cec2bc Add dbus-vmstate object 
When instantiated, this object will connect to the given D-Bus bus
"addr". During migration, it will take/restore the data from
org.qemu.VMState1 instances. See documentation for details.
