Wainer dos Santos Moschetta d377ba4852 tests/acceptance: Let the framework handle "cpu:VALUE" tagged tests
The tests that are already tagged with "cpu:VALUE" don't need to add

Alex Bennée 2ceb7c03a2 tests/avocado: add boot_xen tests
These tests make sure we can boot the Xen hypervisor with a Dom0
kernel using the guest-loader. We currently have to use a kernel I
built myself because there are issues using the Debian kernel images.
