Andreas Färber f3c7d0389f hw: Fix qemu_allocate_irqs() leaks 
Replace qemu_allocate_irqs(foo, bar, 1)[0]
with qemu_allocate_irq(foo, bar, 0).

This avoids leaking the dereferenced qemu_irq *.

Marcel Apfelbaum a8a9d30bab hw/core: Add interface to allocate and free a single IRQ 
qemu_allocate_irq returns a single qemu_irq.
The interface allows to specify an interrupt number.

qemu_free_irq frees it.
