memory_mapping: Move MemoryMappingList typedef to qemu/typedefs.h
...
This will avoid issues with hwaddr and ram_addr_t when including
sysemu/memory_mapping.h for CONFIG_USER_ONLY, e.g., from qom/cpu.h.
