Philippe Mathieu-Daudé af55b781aa hw/avr: Add some ATmega microcontrollers
Add some AVR microcontrollers from the ATmega family:

  - middle range: ATmega168 and ATmega328
  - high range: ATmega1280 and ATmega2560
