Philippe Mathieu-Daudé e76f68d3cc accel/tcg: Remove deprecated '-tb-size' option 
The '-tb-size' option (replaced by '-accel tcg,tb-size') is
deprecated since 5.0 (commit fe17413247). Remove it.
