Roman Bolshakov 583ae161b1 i386: hvf: Drop useless declarations in sysemu
They're either declared elsewhere or have no use.

While at it, rename _hvf_cpu_synchronize_post_init() to
do_hvf_cpu_synchronize_post_init().
