Thomas Huth 91bedaaeb6 cirrus.yml: Compile FreeBSD with -Werror
Compiler warnings currently go unnoticed in our FreeBSD builds, since
-Werror is only enabled for Linux and MinGW builds by default. So let's
enable them here now, too.
