Dr. David Alan Gilbert 2a7cab9e17 slirp: VMStatify sbuf
Convert the sbuf structure to a VMStateDescription.
Note this uses the VMSTATE_WITH_TMP mechanism to calculate
and reload the offsets based on the pointers.
