Eduardo Habkost fca538a171 image-fuzzer: Use errors parameter of subprocess.Popen() ... Instead of manually encoding stderr and stdout output, use `errors` parameter of subprocess.Popen(). This will make process.communicate() return unicode strings instead of bytes objects.
