Allow a regular expression to describe tokens to suppress.
Example: --suppress-tokens-re "[,\.]|[ ]?[0-9]+" will suppress commas, periods, and numeric tokens. Technique inspired by https://github.com/openai/whisper/discussions/1041pull/1997/head
